Chef Gail KenagyChef Gail Kenagy, Certified Personal Chef (CPC) and is the President of the USPCA and Culinary Business Academy. Gail has been an active professional personal chef since 2002, has been an instructor and mentor for the Culinary Business Academy and has served on the USPCA National Advisory Committee.

Chef Cathy Luce-Marella, CPC

Chef Cathy LuceCathy Luce, Certified Personal Chef (CPC), is the owner of Magical Meals Personal Chef Service in Decatur, GA. Cathy is the director of the Culinary Business Academy Georgia campus and has been a member of USPCA since 1997. In January of 1997, Cathy left a career as a technology consultant with Coopers & Lybrand Consulting to follow her true passions - cooking and teaching. She joined the USPCA and began her wonderful journey as a personal chef. As the USPCA grew, Cathy became more and more involved with the organization. She began by volunteering to teach at USPCA national conferences and was chosen to be a part of the team that helped write many of the early course materials. In 1999, she was awarded the "Golden Wisk Trainer of the Year."

Chef Vickie Kirlick, CPC

Vickie KirlickVickie Kirlick, Certified Personal Chef (CPC), is the owner of Traveling Gourmet Personal Chef Service in Rivervale, NJ and has taught at all levels for the Culinary Business Academy. She has been a member of the USPCA since 1996. Vickie also offers cooking classes in northern New Jersey and has her own weekly cooking column in a local newspaper.

Chef Wendy Gauthier, CPC

Chef Wendy GauthierChef Wendy Gauthier, Certified Personal Chef (CPC), is the owner of ChefChic Personal Chef Service in Tucson, AZ. Wendy has been a member of USPCA since 2001 and is a Culinary Business Academy instructor at the New Mexico campus, plus is a recognized mentor for the Culinary Business Academy. Wendy provides cooking classes and dinner parties in addition to her regular service. She is a Culinary Institute of America graduate, is president of the USPCA Tucson local chapter, participates in the Chef-To-Chef training program and is a member of the USPCA National Advisory Committee.

Chef Leslie Monique Porche-Smith, CPC

Chef Leslie Monique Porche-SmithLeslie Monique Porche-Smith, Certified Personal Chef (CPC), CC and owns the ChefCare Personal Chef Service in Canton, GA. Monique has been a member of USPCA since 2000 and is a Culinary Business Academy instructor at the Georgia campus, plus teaches the personal chef elective course at the Art Institute of Atlanta. As a graduate of the Art Institute of Atlanta with a degree in culinary arts, Monique has received multiple awards and professional recognitions from the Art Institute of Atlanta, American Culinary Federation, Holly Springs Business & Professional Association and the National Restaurant Association.

Chef Carlin Breinig, CPC

Chef Carlin GreinigCarlin Breinig, Certified Personal Chef (CPC), is the owner of Home Cooking Personal Chef Service in Alpharetta, Georgia. Carlin has been a member of USPCA since 1998 and is a Culinary Business Academy instructor at the Georgia campus, plus is a recognized mentor for the Culinary Business Academy. She is a member of the Women Chefs and Restaurateurs, an instructor at the Cook's Warehouse in Atlanta (www.cookswarehouse.com), has been a presenter at multiple USPCA National Conferences and specializes in freezing techniques, customer service and business organization.

Chef Tom Manning, CPC

Chef Tom ManningChef Tom Manning, Certified Personal Chef (CPC), is the owner of Truly Unique Personal Chef Service based in Medford, New Jersey. Active in the Personal Chef industry since 1992, Tom is a founding member of the USPCA and is a Culinary Business Academy instructor plus a recognized mentor. Tom is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America (CIA), and is also a certified instructor for the CIA.
